High school students from across the country participate in a workshop to learn about how music influenced the Civil Rights Movement. A number of entertainers participate, including John Legend, Smokey Robinson, John Mellencamp, Dr. Bernice Johnson Reagon and Toshi Reagon. February 9, 2010.

  • i wish i could of been there to help mlk and his silvler rights movment io feel so terrible about that so for all colored ppl that see this tell any one you know that was in this movment im really REALLY sorry even though all my family was in and helping the movment many were lost and i still can't stand seeing this in vids from 1960's
