This poem is to say to all who suffer with a terminal illness have hope written and recited by a man with slurred speech, who has Motor Neurone Disease, which is degeneration of the motor neurones leads to weakness and wasting of muscles, causing increasing loss of mobility in the limbs, and difficulties with speech, swallowing and breathing currently no cure
