Lol are you serious? You don't think this guy could play chromatic scales if he wanted to? Because thats all these "Heroes" of yours do. They are garbage compared to les paul. Real life. It's not about "metal, country, classical, Its all the same its all MUSIC!!! And the sooner you begin to understand these songs as musical arrangements and not "well broskie theree was no riffin in that song...." zakk wilde is garbage compared.

Its just kind of an insult to compare creator to imitator
zakk wylde has riffs, but less soul. Shredding is a small part of less pauls magic. Less paul played with so many greats, even Bing Crosby("It's been a long time" 1945)
some times a fuck you on the internet is more effective than a paragraph.

most guitarists today can shred way better than Les, but none of them have as much taste as he did. its easy to shred, but its hard to shred with taste and style like Les

As an "oldie" myself I remember playing all their records back in 50's - never a bad one -no stereo either -without the technology of today the man was a pure geniusSomewhere "up there" the angels must be having a "hell" of a good time singing their heart out to Les & Mary. A great pairing and to me it was a privilege to have lived thro' the same era. RIP to both of you stars, keep twinkiling.
