Working the White Rose railtour from King's Cross to Doncaster, 'A4' 60019 'Bittern' is working pretty hard as she passes the hamlet of Swayfield in Lincolnshire. Swayfield, near milepost 96, is just a mile or so south of Corby Glen, one of the traditional marker points on the climb to Stoke Summit. The foggy conditions restrict the length of time "no 19" is visible but, in the year 2008 and back on her own East Coast racing ground, shouldn't every glimpse of Gresley's thoroughbred be treasured?
