Panda Puppet Singers near Harajuku

This group was singing while doing some sort of synchronized panda puppet dancing on the street near Harajuku and Yoyogi Park. As is often the case in that area where the bands play very close together, you can hear one of the other bands (an accoustic guitar guy) nearby. I do not know the name of this band.

I saw some teenagers selling these puppets from a store in Harajuku November 2005. What's the deal with panda puppets?

There is a sweets place in Harajuku called Arumado which usually has japanese girls with panda puppets out in front of the store. The puppet is the brand mascot and the girls are always yelling when you walk by!
