technically, it's a travel, but here's the reason.
he could take as many steps as he can as long as he doesnt carry, palm or two hand the ball.
he two-handed the ball with his right foot on the floor, then left right, that's 3, and that's a travel.
If he only two handed the ball with his left foot down, then right foot up, it would've been fine.
