I think the song is about being a Vocaloi (I heard that). The "I don't know" parts are talking about being a Vocaloid. They're genderless and don't know their mother and stuff. When she asks about liking her, I think she's asking whether or not they like how she's being, or if they need her to change. Like being told what to do all the time. When she says, "Tell you now, you are to commit a crime." Means that you would download her voice, which is a crime. But I agree with the top comments, too.

I think that the song is about a girl who became a prostitute and got caught.
High shouldn't be interpreted as drugged up, even though it can, it'd be better saying high as full of excitement or lendorphins. She recites the I don't know parts as if she were being interviewed by the police. She asks her customer if he likes her and how he wants it to be.
Then, she turns into a cat, a symbol of deceit. She also puts on glasses, seeing the world from a different perspective.

I think the song is about a high school girl who is tired of always being told by other what she is (a boy, a girl, who her mother is). "Tell me now, that you really like my style" etc could be the people pressuring her to agree with what's popular. She sees the cat and then dreams of being like the cat and being free like the cat.
