He seems so nervous, especially with that camera flashing every so often. You can see him gaining courage though, which gives us more of an idea of what he looks like.

@cortezopossum some places your alowd to have pet skunks you can either remove the glands or not..usally they remove the glands so it wont stink

This guy is pretty cute. Usually people don't keep spotties as pets (they tend to be more 'temperamental' and don't tame easily). Is this a pet or just a mild-mannered wild skunk?
Skunks really only stink when they've recently sprayed. I've never seen (or smelled) a spottie so I don't know how much different it is from striped skunk smell.

The person who cares for this skunk is a graduate student studying spotted skunks. He found this one in the wild abandoned by its mother. He keeps it in his house and feeds it meal worms.
