Santa Cruz SPCA, Companion Animal Protection Society, SDA de Nice, Ric Browde, Dr. Jen Hendee and Air France airlift death row dogs from L.A. shelters to freedom in nice, France.
Carole Raphaelle Davis of CAPS welcomes the dogs with the French Riviera Rescue team. Jocelyne Dechaume, Mireille Rudeau, Richard Drevon, Zouina Belkhami, Patrick Villardry, Nicolas Sander and others.
We thank the City of Nice for their generosity and kindness. This is not for profit. . There are those who said this couldn't be done and some who even said this shouldn't be done. These dogs are alive because it WAS done. Yes we can!

  • Wonderful job Carole and all of your helpers. You continue to do amazing things for these beautiful animals. xxoo Gigi

  • @gigi2359 Thanks, Gigi!

  • Very beautiful!

BUT: What about the dogs, that get killed in the FRENCH SHELTERS??

  • @TheGreentea13 French shelters don't have these kinds of dogs. They have homes here, so we airlifted them to save their lives. We did not cost French dogs' lives. Suffering knows no borders.
