@xDAngelo1x i used to have this problem but its probably because your using such a long exsporure time that ( or shutter speed ) to much liht is hitting the censor so if you use an nd filter you will be able to lower the exspore ( i think im right : / :LL )

Quick bit of advice for long-exposure newbies - if you're looking to create daytime long exposure shots at the very minimum an ND400 filter (Hoya are great and affordable) is essential. It will change the way you look at landscape photography and open up all sorts of creative possiblities.
