@stifler4041 You could say anything you want even if I'm debating about shit I don't really know about. Ron Paul is honest and consistent and that means something. There's nothing wrong with using strict constitutional law against the government. This country was founded by a bunch of police hating people who didn't want to pay tax and just be alone to do as they please. Everyone else in either party now days really likes taxes and likes being spied on. I know where your hearts at.

Just like the cross of gold speech. All that guy is doing is advocating silver too. Gold and silver so we could have more monitary options, just like Ron Paul. In fact, the dollar is worth more today (in terms of other currencies) than it was 15 years ago.

2. The Fed does create money - by buying government bonds from banks.

@stifler4041 Ya because the Fed is worthless. Your saying the Fed fucked up yet you still believe in it? That's pretty stupid. Plus we are the largest Gold holders in the world. Herbert Hoover said something like "we have gold because we cannot trust governments." It's about not giving government the ability to control EVERYTHING more than anything else. I could give two shits if the US is a powerful/rich country or not. As long as we're free to do things I'm cool.

Ron Paul spoke the truth. He is right about Cuba and about conservatism. The other candidates were silent when Ron Paul spoke on who is the most conservative. They could not argue against him.
Ron Paul is sensible and principled. And notice, even though there were to be no applause during the debate, the audience broke the rule for Ron Paul. They had to clap because what Ron Paul said made sense and it was refreshing.

I started watching this on tv last night. I watched it for about 30 mins because I want to hear Ron Paul. I ended up turning it off because Ron Paul had spoken for maybe 2mins and the rest was gingrich and romney just trying to talk shit on each other. I just wish I was there so I could've gone on stage and slapped them both across the face and said "HOW ABOUT YOU JACK ASSES START TALKING ABOUT SOME REAL ISSUES THAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR"
