Clip of the toughest segment from the P90X plyos workout: jump-knee-tuck, mary catherines, leap-frog squat. Some buddies of mine have been asking for this...this is me after a few rounds of the X. You can see Dom on the TV screen to get an idea of my pace. My heart rate peaked at 191 after the JKT. LOL, should have seen me in week 1, round 1. Get your mind right...do your best and forget the rest.

  • @serbsunite i've never really measured my verticle, but i know it's way better than it was at day 0. The biggest thing i notices is my "0-60" speed...my 1st step quickness is greatly improved. If you play any start-stop-start sports (basketball, soccer, etc) you'll feel faster, lighter, quicker. Your friends will seem flat-footed. You'll enter the Matrix bullet time. lol

  • Man i could only do half hour of Plyometrics yesterday, i FAILED BADLY! But today i did the rest of the 30 minutes and finished it still BADLY! Im 5'6 199, so yea it kicked my ass. lol

  • @danlublock hey man, you're doing it. have to start somewhere, right? you'll see gains if you stick with it...guaranteed.

  • Awesome job man!! I'm at the end of my 3rd round, and let me tell you, compared to day 0, the difference is astonishing!! Before, I had to pause every 5 minutes in order to catch my breath, now I can get through the entire workout without pausing a single time, in fact I can do same pace as Dominic in the video! HA LOVE IT!!

  • Jump knee tucks I challenge myself too. I caught myself doing it faster than the students on the dvd, I have been doing P90X for over a year now... so. This is one of my favorite workouts. My heart rate is really high at 30 minute mark.

  • This tape isnt fun neither is the yoga one ... Smh very difficult when ur just beginning

  • @Gabester64 aww word ive gotten quicker and i jump up faster idk if higher but i do jump n move quicker

  • @Ant8182ify im not sure but i noticed that i have more explosion on first step and a lot faster. Plus add the good conditioning Plyo gives you.
