Awesome job man!! I'm at the end of my 3rd round, and let me tell you, compared to day 0, the difference is astonishing!! Before, I had to pause every 5 minutes in order to catch my breath, now I can get through the entire workout without pausing a single time, in fact I can do same pace as Dominic in the video! HA LOVE IT!!

Jump knee tucks I challenge myself too. I caught myself doing it faster than the students on the dvd, I have been doing P90X for over a year now... so. This is one of my favorite workouts. My heart rate is really high at 30 minute mark.

@Ant8182ify im not sure but i noticed that i have more explosion on first step and a lot faster. Plus add the good conditioning Plyo gives you.

@serbsunite i've never really measured my verticle, but i know it's way better than it was at day 0. The biggest thing i notices is my "0-60" speed...my 1st step quickness is greatly improved. If you play any start-stop-start sports (basketball, soccer, etc) you'll feel faster, lighter, quicker. Your friends will seem flat-footed. You'll enter the Matrix bullet time. lol

Man i could only do half hour of Plyometrics yesterday, i FAILED BADLY! But today i did the rest of the 30 minutes and finished it still BADLY! Im 5'6 199, so yea it kicked my ass. lol
