The song Hey Pocky Way is on Uptown Rulin by the Neville Brothers (ie not this here band but if you want the song that's another place to go)

Yup this tune is from the Meters '74 album Rejuvenation, which is definitely an album worthy of your attention.

It took me a while and a couple of useless sites but I found out the name of this song.. The title on this page says, "Poc A Way groove" but the name of the song is, " Hey Pocky Way" or "Pocky A Way". I found it both ways. The original group that recorded this song was the Meters.
