@twinturboteen18 yes you are right Mazinkaiser can reach the "demon" stage, but during such stage the robot is uncontrolable and it will demolish literally everything. The doctor knows that too so they have some kind of implant installed into Mazinkaiser to prevent it going berserk.

Go Nagai did mention that Mazinkaiser and Shin Getter stand on the same ground and are considered equal, but I am not sure if he was implying that Shin Getter also has some kind of crazy or devil mode though.

@shoryuton80 Exactly but i will say Mazinkaiser has never used its full potential, apparently Go nagai has stated that Mazinkaiser has a level beyond this which he will become a demon with unlimited power and strength Much like Shin getter.

The orginal concept of Mazinkaiser was to create a mazinger that was treated with getter rays. boosting the mazingers already formidible power beyond measureable limits.

I Think even if GGG got close to killing Mazin it would release his true power.
