@EnochMcDonald Show me a video of you doing this please
-
i bet his kicks are devastating!!!!!
-
this may offend some of you but this one leg jump thing is pretty easy to do not very impressive, anyone with low body fat and some decent lower body strength could do this
-
This guy has real power, thumbs up!

Hands down, you train the exercise YOU need for the style YOU do. This guy has great strength, and watching his other videos, great health. MMA, whatever, you train what you need. Pressure points work, choke holds work, punches to the face work. If you know this, then you have used these before, If you need to argue that they work, you were not taught well, or you never used them. Steve Cotter is inspiration!

WHAAAAAAT!!!! his power level is over 9000!!!

@billysue2 People claiming a technique doesn't work usualy suck at it, due to lack of proper instruction or just not being willing to do the hard training necessary to master the technique. Teach ten people a choke and if it doesn't work for one three will decide it's a uselss technique so they won't feel bad for not being able to do it.
so they 'streamline' their art by removing the technique, then get a rude surprise when they meet up with someone who didn't.

@billysue2 To 'shake it off' you have to get away from the person doing it, which alters your balance. Knowing pressure points actualy adds dimension to your grappling skills. As far as clowns who can't fight, Dillman and Clarke may fit that description, but there are plenty of good fighters who know and use pressure points, just not in the crowd you mentioned, who consider it a fgailure of technique if something doesn't work for them, rather than a failure of the person failing to use it right

@979roadrunner its called a sinus not a notch,a notch would be a depression. Its not a process since a process would be like a knob eg mastoid process. If you cant grapple those things arent worth a fiddlers fuck and would be shaken off easily unless you could pin the person. The only people who go on about pressure points are clowns who cant fight in the first place and are looking for an easy way out of hard training like that dipstick dillman and rick clarke.
@billysue2 it may seem like a waste of time to you, but some people have wierd goals and aspirations, doesnt make them a waste of time. Thats like saying people in the guinness book of world records are a waste of time, theyre pointless goals, true, but theyre still challenges that other people can try and beat. Also, ask yourself this, whats more of a waste of time, criticising people from your computer or achieving something only 1 in a billion people can do?

@billysue2 no benefit to any activity? it strengthens the muscle's by unreal amounts. fair enough, the exact movement isnt portrayed in any sport, but the movement can benefit just about any sport as it improves core muscles and helps balance also.
