@jcamjcam Seriously, I've been trying to find a copy of Panic ever since I caught it on tv when I was a little kid back in the 80s. Can't find it anywhere, if you know how I can get my hands on a copy it'd be sooooo very appreciated, thank you.
I've been looking around for the original 'Panic' and just found out about this remake. 'Panic' is really scary and I'd give anything to see it again if someone can upload it! The traffic-light changing and car not moving 'twist' in Left Turn is let down by the murder scene flashes and the music at the end is absolutely appalling! Although it lacks the creepy subtlety of the original, this has some nice atmospherics mainly in the opening scene but is ultimately a pretty pointless ripoff
Very well filmed from Mr Ellis, though there's a real 'so what' feeling at the end, was hoping for some major plot twist but alas no. Still Sean Ellis and Neil Marshall are steering british horror in the right direction.

Not as good as the original 1978 "Panic" short by James Dearden that this is clearly a remake of.
Someone should upload that - I watched it when I was a kid in the cinema and still remember specific shots, it was that effective.
