2009 Niagara grapes being placed in the hopper and soon going into the press. The grapes are being poured out of a 1-ton bin where they are broken up and sent to the crusher/stemmer where all stems and leaves are removed. From there the grapes are sent to the presses where juice is pressed out and pumped into a holding tank. The winemakers take over from there create our Niagara table wine.
