This short video provides a brief overview and walk-through of my guidebook - Practical Creative Visualization.

I created this because I think there is a gap between what people understand about visualization and what most "gurus" teach.

There is so much to learn about visualization, so it's understandable that there would be confusion. Although you could say this field has been around for about 100 years, I think we still have a long way to go before it's fully understood.

I hope this guide can help people become familiar with visualization as it relates to psychology and the mind, as opposed to an unfounded belief in something like the "law of attraction" or "the secret".
