@ryandbomb1 I had the same problem, make sure you unselect the circle before apply the blur!

Alos, my radial blur is just one really obvious circle, the edges havn't blurred/fadded out like yours did??? i have the same settings...

Ok, im a total noob, never used photoshop so how can i get the same brush you used? You have lots of "long" brushes to choose from lol, i have a few little sploges to pick from :/
