You have every right to your opinion. At the same time, 63% of Americans currently believe that the President's policies "will push the nation in the right direction" according to the latest CNN/Opinion Research poll, and 66% of Americans approve of how he is handling his job in each 3-day Gallup poll rolling average since May 2nd--even higher than during the previous months.

These trends could certainly change, but right now, the only cohesive disapproval for the President comes from white southern conservatives--probably not a coincidence, as white southerners are increasingly out of step with the thinking of their counterparts (and everyone else for that matter) in the rest of the country. Elsewhere, disapproval for the President is currently sporadic and isolated, representing small pockets of folks who would surely disapprove of him no matter what he did.

How are his poll numbers now? That is what I thought. He's been prez for almost a year now. What has he accomplished besides raising taxes, and spending more money than can even be imagined?

You know he is a liar, right? unemployment won't go past 8%, yeah right. Said we need to get the spendulus bill passed or there would be financial tragedy yet most of the money has not been distributed -- where's the tragedy?
