Eh, they're trying to toss the 6200, 7200, 8400s.

I get confused by how it works sometimes, but I do like to have the newer stuff no matter what level it is.

These cards should be forgotten now .. but still on the market, and the 9800GT has a better cost-benefit stopped being manufactured, because logically affect the sales of new generation cards.

More or less I guess.

In November 2006 the 8800GTX was the fastest card on the planet I think, but it was $500, then the 8800GT was released in 2007 and it was $200 and not much slower, so the 8800GT/9800GT is still the most used card for gaming out there I think, and every game on the planet supports it, and some engines haven't changed all that much since 2007.

Ati started doing more damage in 2008 I think.

Well it uses older technology, and they want to sell the newer stuff.

The GTX 550 ti is pretty good for sure, but they need to get their lower end cards sorted out.
