Skyler Tanner performs a slow cadence workout exclusively using the ARX Fit commercial system: the vertical axis and the horizontal axis machines.

The ARX Fit system adapts to any protocol selection with ease. Here, Skyler uses the machines for a strict, slow cadence workout with controlled turn arounds, minimal rest time between exercises, 8-10 second positives and negatives, strict form and proper breathing.

If slow cadence workouts are preferred, the ARX Fit system easily adapts to that protocol with several distinct advantages: turn around speeds can be programmed, cadence can be programmed, and proper and sufficient loading is achieved on BOTH phases of the repetition: concentric and eccentric.

  • Both of these machines have older iterations of our drive system. Our new drivetrain features a Dyneema belt which proves to be super strong, durable, smooth, and *much* quieter. New videos soon to come. Thanks for your input.

  • Very cool, but ow, the high frequency noise from that horizontal machine was killing my ears, even with the volume down low...

  • At this cadence, his joints should last a long time.
