Who's to blame? 17-year-old Mia is headed down a dangerous path living her life as a teenage prostitute and avid drug user. She blames her risky lifestyle on her mother for not being a strong enough parental authority and lacking financial support. Mia's mother, however, argues she's done all she possibly can for her daughter, and it's just too much. Steve desperately wants Mia off the street and off of drugs, but can he help someone who doesn't want to be helped?
