A team of architects has joined forces with Google to put forward a digital cloud concept for the London Olympics.
The project, simply named 'The Cloud', is planned to be a monument for visitors as well as a digital display of data that will 'rain down' in real time.
In its promotional video, The Cloud is said to be 'as light as air itself' that will 'hover above London' during the 2012 Games.
It's proposed that it will feature a satellite broadcasting 'breathtaking Olympic moments' and will be powered through regenerative technology including solar panels, wind energy and water energy.
Google's input in the project is to provide live data feeds which will be seen in The Cloud.
