Well it sounds like you are wrong again. The project is not perfect, it is based on technology and is in constant evolution. It is not a utopia. Memory metal? you shape it in a factory, fold it into a box, bring it to the construction site, heat it, and obtain a structure

You should learn the word before you act the fool. utopia as was given to you poorly said "Ideal place" and if your brainw as working you would ask FOR WHO? and then known it was the INDIVIDUAL... so a place that is best for the individual in the whole is EXACTLY correct! and you should go back and leanr it some more over skim the first few lines.
