Sorry, but this whole 'net neutrality' is bogus. You claim everyone deserves free and open access to the internet, sounds nice, but the unsaid problem is that this 'access' is not some abstract thing - 'access' is PHYSICAL PROPERTY (ie: an ISP's servers and cabling) and it is PRIVATE PROPERTY, owned by the ISP - NOT by their customers, not by the 'pubic' at large.
