I enjoyed watching your video.
very true about leaders having followers and how people need to be led not managed. Notice how I said "need".
Mahatma Gandhi is a great leader if you ask me. Millions of Indians were willing to go to Jail and not using voilence because that what he preached and by setting an example.

@knajim Thanks...yeah, I found myself reading my notes more than I expected. Normally, I would redo the video but I just said "the heck with it" because I thought my message was clear (I thought so anyway ;))

@kvsrraju123 Thanks, yeah I was. I initially intended to only read notes from it as a guide but I found myself reading it quite a bit. I was going to rerecord but I said "the heck with it" and decided that "the message" was clear (or at least I THOUGHT it was ;))
