This is a section from the antisemitic propaganda film "Ring of Power".
Combining New Age, Christian Identity, and Islamic Nationalistic mythology, the film intends to portray Jews in a manner indistinguishable from that of the 1930s NSDAP.
As an historical documentary, the film fails on the majority of its assertions. As a fantasy film, it's actually rather interesting and illuminating, in spite of being crudely made and full of plagiarized images.
