People with their native language being English do have a higher tendency than anyone else to condemn foreign dialects under the assumption that their language is the main language in the world therefore everyone should know it. English is such an odd language... Here is a joke I heard: If the 'gh' in 'laugh' has an 'f' sound, the 'o' in 'women' as a relaxed 'ih' sound, and the 'ti' in 'nation' has a 'sh' sound, then "ghoti" spells "fish"! Welcome to the English language.
