    I always thought you got into gymnastics because Dr. Graham used to be a gymnast. I used to do gymnastics as a kid. Lately I've gotten into calisthenics which is really fun, definitely beats the hell out of a training free weights in a gym.

    BTW I personally saw my body fat plummet and my strength bust the plateau and improve HUGE since switching from a mostly-processed vegetarian diet to 90% raw ,vegan.

  • @IronCladBen Ben, it would be an honor. While I love Dr. D's approach to training, it was in fact not his influence that converted me to gymnastics. Yes! I bet you are having fun with the calisthenics!

  • @SamsRawTruth alright cool, I'll hit you up soon. We just started the podcast up and there are a lot of folks in queue so it might be a couple months or more before we getcha on there. But it will be cool to hear your story of transition from scrawny, running, cooked vegan to muscular, gymnastics, raw vegan.
