He was so young back then when they started. He put a solo album out that told me he could of had his own band from day one. He was so straight and so wise. To break after touring to work with other people for your own album is a great trick to avoid nasty habits for escape.

it is so sad to know that pink floyd is gone ... richard, and david really took the band to the limit, and to know they will never be allowed to ever play again in this world, but i know david and richard will be there and we will all play a tune together, a beautiful sound for the ears of god and jesus

@jimihazel from the sound of the solo, he's either using extra light strings, or electric strings...

what gauge strings is he using? i just tried doing taht opening bend on my acoutic and snapped the g string..do i need to get stronger or use lighter strings?

When my grandchildren ask me in many ears from now what it was like to grow up when i was young, i will tell them that i grew up in a time when legends walked the earth..
Legends like Gilmour and Waters.One thing is for certain, they will never hear about Justin Beiber, Lady Gaga or some other crap musician.They will be forgotten in 10 years from now. Pink Floyd will last long after i'm gone,hopefully my childen and grand children will appreciate them aswll.
