  • HI there,

Yes, the provisional patent application is enough to start. However, my experience with the TV companies has been less than steller. If you have to pay them up-front, run as fast as you can. Also, do not do your own patent work. If you would like to talk to one of my guys, let me know.

  • I cannot post an email address; however, you can call 303-910-8889 and I can give you my email.

  • Thank you. I am glad it was helpful.

  • Hello again! no I have not found any one . I must say my opinion of lawyers is not too good.Having worked hard all my life I feel the only ones worth $400 an hour is God , Jesus and the holy ghost. No human is worth that kind of money. Everlast steals my invention and theres nothing I can do because patent litigation costs too much. I am making it my mission to let all my Martial arts friends know that everlast is bringing all their junk in from china.

  • Hi Dave, I know how you feel about the attorneys. We try real hard to make it better. I am traveling with a client tomorrow and I have not had much luck getting better contact info to you. Please try to call me at 303-910-8889.

  • Rita,

I just ran across your video. I have a few questions if you are still online...

Anyway, I'm in the process of writing a provisional patent in order to market to a few places like AllStar TV (TVTopTen.com).

My question is, do you have any experience working products through such organizations. And, is a provisional patent enough to start searching for such "product development" companies.

Thanks in advance and I hope to hear from you soon.

  • This is a very nice video. But a patent attorney, the right one, can do a lot to help an inventor or small business to understand how to do this without spending a boatload of money. See our website at "denison law" dot com

  • Hello Rita, this video is extremely helpful and i thank you for helping us independent inventors out. A friend and me are sort of stuck with an invention that came back as a first with pretty good ratings. Is there an email that we could reach you at?

  • Thank you for the information

  • What was the website? I could not hear it clearly?
