2012 Olympics, another £1bn stolen from taxpayers (14May09)

The corrupt New Labour government, never short of ways to waste other people's money, have decided to steal another £1bn for the corrupt £18bn* London Olympics in 2012, the budget which is running out of control. If the politicians, athletes, and IoC want these games, then they can pay for the two week event their bl00dy self, instead of stealing money from everyone else to pay for their jollies.

* The true cost when you add in all the bits of the budget that have been counted as someone else's budget to hide the true cost of the "games".

the canadian government, my government is spending 40 billion on the Olympic games, thats 1/4 of what we spend on health care every year, fucking waste. make the corporation and broadcasters foot the entire bill there the ones who make the money off of it.
