and research the laws! I just remembered that in the state of idaho if the cps office sees you as an unfit mother and father they usually try and view other options rather than just putting the child on foster care. In fact it is illegal here to put children in foster care automatically. They have to go to either family members or a service called temperary foster care. Research on it because i'm not sure if it works for every state, but here it does.

what also you should do is gather as many witnesses as you can regarding the cares of these parents. Babysitters, family members, friends anybody that will testify the bad and good of these parents. Also gather information on doctors and tell the parents to have writin documentation on what the doctor said and make sure you research it. My daughter couldn't eat after she was born so she lost a few ounces because seh couldn't hold down food the doctors have also said it is completely normal!

I wanted you to know that I did sent you an email about foster care and the rules and laws that they have to follow. Judge Wiggins should have looked at all potential evidence instead of bringing her own emotions into the court. I will give you the website as well to these laws. She somehow bypassed all of them! She must be a powerful judge or something.

@dragonlion5161 Yes, I'm sure she knew of these rules but simply chose to ignore them because she knew she could get away with it.

i think that you guys should file a class action lawsuit against judge wiggins for bringing personal matters into the court. You can host a facebook page asking for donations or blogs and if you gather all the families together, try even maybe contacting some foster parents as well. I'm sure people will donate to something like this! Kicking her out court isn't goin to neccessarly bring you justice but if you sue her for everything she did to these families that would be another.

@dragonlion5161 Yes, Sabrina was very happy. Judge Wiggins-Lyle has a bias against biological parents.
