Can you rub a balloon in your hair and make it stick on the wall? Any way that's not so much. My friend has a radio that plays on his teeth fillings when he goes near a radio station.

I think I probably could have! The conditions in the flat changed somehow and it stopped happening so often but it was ridiculous when the static was high there!

Your hair is a lot more likely to go like that on days when it's cold and dry. As for the lights thing - have you ever been struck by lightning?
