@cricketsong1967 It's free (at least the pc version) I think before play another version you need to play the original one.

A Japanese drunkard named ZUN makes a bullet hell shooter series with an all female cast that lasts years and amasses fame worldwide.

A Japanese dude with free time on his hands makes something like this with no game experience and no musical aptitude whatsoever.
