Oh. Well yeah, it's personality all the way. He's a good looking chap, but unless you have charisma, humor, and the like, you're just gonna be a pretty manikin. Its personality that makes all the difference. I envy guys like him.

@regelemihai I just always found it odd that they refer to him as the handsome one the the Office. And women seem to go crazy for him with noises that make me think it's not just his personality they like. I'm just curious.
