  • No one has a"RIGHT" to the goods and services of another person. A "RIGHT" is something an individual has intrinsically from God. It can't be taken or given to them via the Government. When a totalitarian regime says that Health care is a "RIGHT" then they are denying doctors their freedom. It enslaves doctors who then have to become "good little Nazi doctors" and comply with whatever the totalitarian regime commands in terms of providing (or not providing, i.e., rationing) medical care.

  • Sorry Judge luv ya bro but you are wrong on this issue. By the way what right does anyone have to fire protection, police protection (actually we need protection FROM the police) or tons of other services. The US and its citizens are being bankrupted by the current medical system in place for people of moderate incomes and will suffer much more of the same in the future with more people on

perm disability from chronic conditions as they age, who couldnt get treatment earlier for lack of ins.!

  • I seem to recall a libertarian solution regarding health care for the disenfranchised that was espoused by the late, great Harry Browne. Harry said doctors could be permitted to deduct reasonable fees from their taxes for each eligible patient they agreed to treat. According to Harry, doctors would be climbing over each other in order to get the chance to provide medical care to the indigent.
