Here is a money making guide using combat.

What you will be killing:
-Hill Giant Lv. 28

Recommended Equipment:
-Full Rune (Rune Full Helm, Rune Platebody, Runeplatelegs, Rune Kiteshield)
-Amulet of Power/Strength
-Rune Scimitar

Inventory:
-Brass Key (must bring)
-Def. lv 45- might need to bring food, dont bring more then 3-7 (i recommend tuna)

What drops to pick up:
-Big Bones
-Limpwurt Root
-Nature/Law/Death Runes
-any uncut gems(forgot to mention in vid)

guys big bones have gone down alot and so have limpwurt roots, with free trade back and the dungeon at hill giants where theres limpwurts on the ground, this gives very little cash per hour now. its good xp but most other things are alot better cash.

Very good guide! I realize that this guide is around 2 years old now but since Dungeoneering came out you can enter into the "Secret" Hill Giants area inside the normal Hill Giants place. I am pretty sure that it's P2P but it's good money and the limpwurt roots reappear around the outskirts of the area.

i got screwed killing these things I'm 1 def and i lagged and died but what i forgot when i went to ge to go buy my key back was that i was on a french server thing because there are less people. so i go to buy my key and then i realize i dont know how to spell brass key in french so i lost my cash all my arrows and other stuff....
