Obviously it's a stunt double; for a 60something year old, semi-retired weather man to do this would be ludacris. The important point is that this is about climate change and that we need to do something about this global problem that's so easily prevented.

hahaha, watch ' the men who jump off buildings ' documentary on 4oD and you'll found out that the building instructor on this video is a BASE jumper and thats his gear that the blokes wearing XD. Funny video though:)
