Just because she was named as the most beautiful woman doesn't mean she is. I have never seen her when she is natural. Nearly all the time she is wearing fake tan and bucket loads of make up. So no, i don't think she is the best looking woman because i am sure there are prettier women out there who are never recognised for how beautiful they are. She was only voted that because she is famous if she wasn't famous she would not have been.
