If I understand "Upstartism" your point is the goal of uniformity of values which intrinsically narrows the human condition, the freedom to judge for one's self, of those living in that society. This is a fundamental clash between Collectivism & Individualism; the contrasting Goals of Peaceful Uniformity VS Peaceful Individuality.

Aberrant is a pejorative of Individuality which by libertarian standards cannot apply in your way by Libertarian standards.

As for cultural 'prejudice' culture by definition is a value system to which all men must differ with someone if only in their universal embrace of others.
