Clear instructions, if you don't want to watch the actual video...
THESE ARE MY INSTRUCTIONS, YOU MAY FIND EASIER OR BETTER ONES, BUT THESE ARE VERY EASY TO FOLLOW
Step one - Spawn a ghost.
Step two - change the respawn time to '10 seconds'.
Step three - change the run-time minimum to '1'.
Step four - drop it, and get your partner to drive it away (not to far, or at least where they can shoot it fast enough after you spawn the second one).
Step five - Spawn a second ghost.
Step six - change the respawn time to '180 seconds'
step seven - change the run-time minimum to '2'.
Step eight - drop it, and get your partner to blow (USING A ROCKET) up the '180 second' one, then the '10 second' one.
Step nine - When you see the FIRST ghost appear (not sure which one), immediately get your partner to drive it away before the second one appears...
Step ten - pick up the second ghost when it comes and your partner can use the machine gun to propel himself/herself anywhere you want.

Tips: You can use the gun on the ghost as a sort of rocket to propel yourself.
You will know when the first ghost is coming back when all the pieces of the old one are disappearing.
You can do this with almost any other vehicle (including the tank ^_^)
The chopper is best to do it with, because the rockets for 'boost' propel you better in almost anyway you want to go.
You are invincible (the person driving the ghost) and so is the ghost.
You can let go of the ghost (the person holding and who spawned the ghost's) and right before they hit the ground grab it again...and they will bounce kind of like a ball and wont lose life.
You can't leave the barriers while on it, but you can aim outside the barriers and watch it fly away.
The trick/glitch will still work even if it is blown up.
You can get on and off it, the glitch/trick will still work.
I'm not sure if it will work if the "Spawner" gets on it and the "Partner" holds the ghost
