It's the old Seaview Hospital that specialized in Tuberculosis.

@PrincessJasmine201 You cannot drive back there as it is now all newly refenced. Its on the corner of Brielle Ave across from the Newer Seaview. The gate eventually always gets reopened but it's highly patrolled.
