they willl offer you a refurbished one WHAT A FnCKING CRAP!! THE TRUTH IS since virgin mobile bought helio IT ain't worth it.. they canceled the "call back ring tones" the service was better also before, and now all their phones suck ass..
the first 2 years w my ocean 1 I got it replaced like 3 times, "really anoying" (still w HELIO service) "they at least send me new phones all the time" but now I'll just wait "till a rainbow fuck up my Ocean 2 to cancel my service and get a FERRARI VERTU..

well I got an Ocean when they came out, (more than 2 years ago) I bought everything for it, extra battery (runs out fast) case, the holder.. EVERYTHING bcuz I thought it was worth it..
THEN the ocean2 came out I wait like 4 months to avoi pay another 200plus for and (upgrade plus another 1 year contract) well, i just got the Ocean 2 on oct last year and NOW they are discontinued... I was paying the insurance for it or whatever, and I just find out "THERE'S NO MORE OCEANS 2" but they'll ofer
