sure doom 3 was nice with it's low tempo and scary moments but this is how doom 3 should have been. Badass monsters and hardrock! Long live old style!

@Masterlink981 Dude, calm down. I'm talking specifically about the newer installments of Doom and Wolfenstein. Neither Doom 3 nor the 2009 version of Wolfenstein(a game widely panned by critics) can hold a candle to Half-Life 2.
I still regularly play the older Doom and Wolfenstein games, and I know full well what their contribution to the FPS genre were.
