Sigma 8-16mm lens. It snowed the other day so I took the lens for a spin.

The audio track is from Roots spaghetti western. It is some royalty free music I bought a while back. The track is called Monument Valley.

  • Does it matter my shutter speed while videoing i like to shot 720p 60fps and shoot trampolining. what shutter speed should i use

  • @BoysOnTramps It is best to use the shutter speed at aroun 1/50 on 24fps and up to 1/60 on 60FPS. That is what I normally do. 1/50'th is close to 1/48 that a standurd movie camera uses.

  • What settings did you use when you renderedthe video after editing?

    I have a 7D and when I render and upload at 1080p I get a choppy effect.

  • @bruvvamoff Make sure you are rendering at the same frame rates as your project. If you are shooting 24p render 24P. I just render out high quality H.264 and use whatever frame rate I shot at to render out.

  • awesome saturation and col balance. what shutter speed were you at?

  • 1/50th.. I always use that for 24p footage

  • What do you mean by steal? Like took someone else's video and used it myself? Or ran up and stole the shot before the cops come because we were shooting without a permit on Goverment land?

The answer is neither.. I shot this about a mile from my house on the way to my kids school. The guy in the video is my best good buddy Bubba Dave.

  • You are good...

  • Чего то не хватает!

  • 100001th viewer and a new owner of 8-16mm

  • @syberfilm if im not mistaken, to achieve a film look, a 60fps should have a shutter speed of 1/125 thus 30fps should have a 1/60

  • Real funny test likes «Once upon a time in the West» and music a'la Ennio Morricone)

  • @BoysOnTramps Use Twice Your Frame Speed In Shutter. example 24fps = 1/50.

  • @syberfilm There is just a basic rule: Set your shutter speed double what your frame rate is. like BoysOnTramps Said. when you shoot 24 or 25 frames a second you put it on 50 but when i shoot 60 frames i put it on 120. it works for me.

Excuse me for my bad english

  • @syberfilm Ok thanks man. Also thanks for the quick reply :) Hopefully i can get this camera. Workin on it... if only i won the lottery....

  • did you colour correct the footage??
