I tried walking a few miles a day with a back pack with 10 or 20 lb. plates inside, from my weight set, and i lost weight and lowered my blood pressure. But this is incredible how you created so many exercises, a full body workout, with old books. Your ideas are genius, ideas about water, diet, and innovative exercises for all levels

What a great idea to use a bag pack. Some people call it a back pack. These simple workouts will be very useful for me as I don't have a full set of free weights and exercise equipment. Thanks Jerome!!

@Dragonknight761 That's nice, I used it when I was 15 years old and didn't have weights or anything. By being creative I found this way to workout.

@StevenSWM Yeah, I guess. I will try to keep it original. I always like to see things from a different view and don't follow the crowd, so I think that's what will make my website different then others .
