This is the workout routine I used when I was 15 year old and was trying to develope some stronger muscles. It gave me some pretty nice results and I think it's a great workout for people who don't have a lot of money to spend or haven't decided yet if they want to buy a more professional equipment set. Basicly everybody has a bagpack like this and books or bottles of water or sand will also put a lot of weight on it.

This is one of the videos that I am making for the serie Budget Bodybuilding in which I show people how they can workout for free or for very little money!

  • i thought i was the only one who used heavy books in my backpack as weights :P

  • @chaaaaaaad1 There are more 'weird people' who use a backpack with books as you can see :P

  • lol i use the same workout hh

  • @Dragonknight761 That's nice, I used it when I was 15 years old and didn't have weights or anything. By being creative I found this way to workout.

  • Thanks for the video...a backpack works really good for this.

It seems most all the fitness guys on youtube eventually create their own web site. Good Luck with it!

  • @StevenSWM Yeah, I guess. I will try to keep it original. I always like to see things from a different view and don't follow the crowd, so I think that's what will make my website different then others .

  • I tried walking a few miles a day with a back pack with 10 or 20 lb. plates inside, from my weight set, and i lost weight and lowered my blood pressure. But this is incredible how you created so many exercises, a full body workout, with old books. Your ideas are genius, ideas about water, diet, and innovative exercises for all levels

  • Tightin' that backpack.

  • Another great video.

  • What a great idea to use a bag pack. Some people call it a back pack. These simple workouts will be very useful for me as I don't have a full set of free weights and exercise equipment. Thanks Jerome!!
