It's about life and it's about... time. Russell has just turned thirty and he's rapidly letting life slip through his fingers. His existence has been defined by the abandonment of his father, the loss of his mother and the love of one particular British TV show. Now on the eve of the National Doctor Who Convention, with the eyes of the nation turning to Hobart, things are about to change. He is about to find out that you don't have to have two hearts to be courageous, but it helps.
