"And was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered and was buried; And rose again on the third day, according to the Scriptures; And ascended into the heavens, and sitteth at the right hand of the Father; And shall come again, with glory, to judge both the living and the dead, Whose kingdom shall have no end."
So you see that he is the Son of God who came down from Heaven incarnated in human and he died as human on Cross but he was Resurrected after 3 days and he was ascended to Heaven

You posed some arguments based on your confusion... You simply forgot that GOD came as Jesus, the perfect MAN whom was announced by angle Gabriel as EMMANUEL (Matthew 1 :23) meaning God is with us...
Jesus is Son of MAN and at the same time HE is Son of GOD... and let me help you further... Son of MAN and Son of GOD are titles used for Jesus.
Based on this knowledge your arguments stand null and void...
